I'm working Twitter hard right now.....a few people are getting a sense that a possible Ike Davis move is upcoming in the next 3 days.
I'm surprised that Lannan wasn't just released.
It seems to me to be a mistake. I would promote Darin Gorski to fill Dice-K' s slot in Vegas and move the kids up accordingly

One thing about the "Mets Twitter" crowd... 99% of them really don't have any contact with anyone on the team so they all write about guesswork but state it as facts.
It will be interesting to see what a trade for either Duda or Davis eventually gets the Mets.
Obviously, there are names on the table, which could be tken on and off at any time, but you can forget guys like Nick Franklin or Joc Peterson right now. They are producing at too high of a level for Davis.
