GCL Cardinals (16-8) eke out a win over GCL Mets (13-11) 1-0.              
Adrian Almeida (L, 2-1) pitched well. A single, a stolen base, a wild pitch, and a throwing error by the catcher, resulted in the run that lost the game: 5.2 IP, R, 0 ER, 4 H, 3 BB, 6 K. (Almeida needs to work on his command, walking too many, but his ERA is still a very good 0.89.)
Dan Hermann: 0.1 IP, 0 R, 0 H, BB.
Jose Celas: 2.0 IP, 0 R, 2 H, 3 BB, K.

Offensively: 0 R + 6 H + 0 XBH = a loss
(The 6 hits were distributed among 6 different players.)

Seems almost every day that a minor starter (in this case Gsellman) shows the goods to very possibly be a future major league starter. Great outing. Snaps to the Dilson Hit Machine.
