Wednesday night at Citi Field, Rafael Montero threw 5 1/3 scoreless innings for his first major league win, the Mets sweep a 3 game set with the Rockies with a 2-0 win.  Montero looked terrific for the 2nd straight outing.  In the 2nd Eric Young Jr. connected for a RBI triple to make it 1-0 Mets. In the 7th Juan Lagares hit a sac fly to score Dilson Herrera to make it 2-0.  Montero who improves to 1-3 went  5 2/3 allowing just 3 hits he walked 4 and struck out 7, was removed with runners on 1st and 3rd and 1 out after hitting 106 pitches on the night. Rookie Dario Alvarez and Carlos Torres got the Mets out of the jam in the 6th. Jeurys Familia pitched the 8th innings and Jenrry Mejia pitched the 9th and notched his 25th save.  The Mets only managed 5 hits on the night, but Young had a great spot start going 3 for 3 with the triple and RBI. The Mets have won 4 straight and 7 of 8 and have climbed back to the fringe of the NL Wild Card race improving to 71-75 on the year and are now 36-35 at home. Thursday night the Nationals come to town.  Bartolo Colon (13-11 3.96) starts the 4 game set off. Tanner Roark (12-10 2.97) goes for the Nats.
