Mark Appel, Stanford RHP who was the 8th pick in the
recent MLB draft by the Pittsburgh Pirates turned down a $3.5 million signing
bonus and will return to Stanford for his Senior year of college
Mack – this changes everything in my projected 2013
draft. Appel immediately becomes the number one pick in the draft and everyone
else would fall down a slot.
Frankie Piliere - Barrett Astin at
